Shuya Wang (Pellman Lab) has been named a Robertson Foundation Fellow by the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. This fellowship encourages the nation's most promising young scientists to pursue careers in cancer research by providing them with independent funding to investigate cancer causes, mechanisms, therapies, and prevention.
Hanghui Ye (Pellman Lab) has received a National Cancer Center Research grant for his project on the long-term evolutionary consequences of chromosome shattering in cancer genomes. The National Cancer Research Center supports research fellows pursuing promising and innovative cancer research.
