Corey Allard has been named a 2026 Vallee Scholar. Established in 2013, the Vallee Scholar Award program provides flexible, unrestricted funding to exceptional early-career investigators conducting basic biomedical research.
Each year, six career-development awards are awarded to junior faculty in the early stages of their career when this level of support can have meaningful impact. The Vallee Scholar Award is not a traditional grant program; reviewers evaluate a candidate’s potential as much as the proposed research.
