Corey Allard, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Cell Biology (HMS)
SGM 502C

Corey Allard, Ph.D. joined the Harvard Medical School faculty as an Assistant Professor of Cell Biology in October of 2024. He received his Ph.D. from Dartmouth College, and did his postdoctoral research in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at Harvard University.

The Allard Lab studies the molecular and cellular basis of novel organismic physiology and behavior. We emphasize curiosity-driven science and exploration, using comparative approaches featuring a range of unusual and specialized organisms that are uniquely suited to understanding particular biological processes. Our goal is to discover new biology and reveal conserved and fundamental principles that operate across biological systems and impact human health.
